BLUE MOON GARDENS will be decked out in holiday beauty and will be hosting fiber
artist Sharon Smith, who is one of the owners of Blue Moon and a great artist. What
she can knit, hook, and fancy fiber into is astounding. Check out all of their other
beautiful holiday adornments for your home and garden.
LAMBS ANTIQUES has invited Joel Reams, a Tyler woodworker, and carver to display
his 3 dimensional pieces. Peggy Lamb has more stuff in that little shop than you can
shake a stick at, and sure to find a precious keepsake.
ARBOR CASTLE BIRDHOUSES is showing Debbie Hernendez with her whimsical
windchimes, and a potter, along with their incredible handmade birdhouses, and all
KEN CARPENTER has lots of new sparkley item of jewelry for the season, of sterling
silver and semi precious stones.
POTTERS BROWN has fired up bunches of new pots and they for sure have boney
fingers. Lots of items for your holiday table and under the tree, and Beth will be
demonstrating wheel throwing throughout the day. They have invited Les Mitchell
from Mineola with his raku pottery to demonstrate in their courtyard. He will be firing
raku, which is a low fire ceramic, and hopefully everyone can keep warm if it is chilly.
Les will also have his functional pottery for sale.
ZEKE AND MARTY,along with their totally authentic jewelry work using found objects
and precious and semi-precious metal and stones, will be hosting Carol Mazy. Carol is
an accomplished painter & sketch artist. Her medias are very experimental - such as
colored pencils, cattle markers, pastel & local sand for texture. Her latest work is
mostly figurative, using jazz & blues musicians as her subjects.
THE OLD FIREHOUSE GALLERY will be having a 25% off original prices sale on all
photography on the walls and limited editions in the browse racks. Judy Gottesman
will be showing her embellished guitars.

- 2nd ANNUAL BOOK FAIR – features 28 authors of many genres coming from 21
cities primarily in the East Texas area. A representative of Black Beauty Ranch will also
be present to talk about and sell books about the nation’s largest animal sanctuary.

- W.A. ‘Willie’ Peden Syrup Mill will be making cane syrup – mill is located next to the
Library – 10 AM to 4 PM
WALKING HORSE GALLERY in downtown Ben Wheeler (FM 279, Ben Wheeler, Texas
75754) will host a reception Nov. 30 at 4 p.m. for its newest featured artist, Charlie
Bullock. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts, and an art career spanning 35-plus years,
Bullock can paint just about anything. Many of his works reflect the western art
themes that were a part of places he lived including: Sedona, Arizona; Santa Fe,
New Mexico; Durango, Colorado; and Fredericksburg,Texas.
